Refund policy

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel within 7 days of the order being taken. A full refund will be given less a £25 admin fee.

After 7 days of your order being received, refunds will not be accepted. Slidepods are made to your requirements and colour specification and are treated as bespoke goods under the Distance Selling Regulations.

If you wish to cancel, you must inform us clearly of your decision to cancel. We recommend that you do this by email to info@slidepods.co.uk

Date of order:

Damaged or faulty Slidepods

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
